A gentle, sensory-aware weekly space for adults to slow down, colour mindfully, and connect through shared creativity. Each Wednesday from 11am to 12.30pm, sessions begin with a short grounding ritual set to calming music, followed by slow, meditative colouring designed to encourage focus and ease. You'll explore a shared theme at your own pace and leave with a small piece to take home, as well as an activity book to continue at home.

At the end of the series, all participants will be invited to a larger joint community gathering in late May or June: a celebratory creative event bringing both workshop groups together.
